NOIRE

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your rug or carpet, follow these essential care guidelines:

• Shedding is normal in new rugs and carpets and will reduce over time with regular use
• Do not brush or scrub the surface to avoid damage to the fibers.
• Vacuum periodically using suction only. Avoid vacuum cleaners with beater brushes or rotating heads.
• In case of spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub, as it may spread the stain.
• Rotate the rug or carpet occasionally to ensure even wear.
• Place furniture protectors under heavy furniture to prevent flattening and piling.
• Do not pull loose threads; gently trim them with scissors.
• Professional cleaning is recommended periodically for deep care and maintenance.
• Do not fold the rug or carpet; always roll it for storage or transport.
• Avoid placing on damp or wet surfaces to prevent mildew or damage.
