Your order will be eligible for return only if there is a manufacturing defect that can not be fixed.
Want to raise a Return Request?
- A Return Request needs to be raised within 48 hours after receipt.
- Call us on +91 95409 88999 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the pictures of the defect.
- Our shipping partner will pick up the rug on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
- On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.
Some points to be considered
- Return the rug in the very same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- The carpet should be unused and must have the original packaging in place.
- A refund will be initiated once our quality team inspects the carpet thoroughly.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at email@example.com. We will replace it without any cost after a thorough examination.
