Our carpets are carefully inspected during packaging, and request you to check your order upon receipt.

If a defect is discovered, feel free to get in touch with us at  +91 95409 88999 or within 48 hours of receiving your order post which no return request will be taken into consideration.

Your order will be eligible for return only if there is a manufacturing defect that can not be fixed.

Want to raise a Return Request?

  • A Return Request needs to be raised within 48 hours after receipt.

  • Our shipping partner will pick up the rug on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
  • On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.

Some points to be considered

  • Return the rug in the very same condition in which it was delivered to you.
  • The carpet should be unused and must have the original packaging in place.
  • A refund will be initiated once our quality team inspects the carpet thoroughly.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at We will replace it without any cost after a thorough examination.
