Returns Policy

Our carpets are carefully inspected during packaging, and request you to check your order upon receipt.

If a defect is discovered, feel free to get in touch with us at  +91 95409 88999 or store@qaaleen.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order post which no return request will be taken into consideration.

Your order will be eligible for return only if there is a manufacturing defect that can not be fixed.

Want to raise a Return Request?

  • A Return Request needs to be raised within 48 hours after receipt.
  • Call us on +91 95409 88999 or email us at store@qaaleen.co.in with the pictures of the defect.
  • Our shipping partner will pick up the rug on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
  • On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.

Some points to be considered

  • Return the rug in the very same condition in which it was delivered to you.
  • The carpet should be unused and must have the original packaging in place.
  • A refund will be initiated once our quality team inspects the carpet thoroughly.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at store@qaaleen.co.in. We will replace it without any cost after a thorough examination.
